Institute of Leadership Development (ILD) was set up in 1992. Funded and supported by The Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI), ILD’s aim in simple terms is to promote, support and deliver effective Leadership Development for India’s leaders.

The Institute has its own extensive campus, set amidst idyllic surroundings & spread over 33 acres of land in Jaipur. The Institute has Lecture Rooms, Conference Rooms, Seminar Rooms, complemented by a set of smaller syndicate rooms especially designed for effective learning interactions. In addition ILD have training facilities in New Delhi. .
