This course employs a powerful combination of archetypal psychology, organisational development theory and skills from the theatre to enable leaders to release their inherent potential.
We identify four key leadership archetypes. These potentials exist within all of us and enable leaders to: set clear context and strategic intent; establish trust and honest communication; stimulate a creative and innovative environment; and motivate committed implementation.
Most leaders are experts in one or two of these archetypes or roles, but very few naturally have access to all four. Such blind spots cause problems for individuals, teams and organisations.
Combining practical exercises and rehearsal techniques, this programme helps participants to identify and access previously hidden potential. The use of small group coaching throughout cements the learning.
