This experiential workshop uses the myth of renewal in Shakespeare’s ‘As You Like It’ to explore new ways to create change in the culture of teams, groups and organisations.

It invites us to leave behind our old habits and approach to problems and instead to become present to what will truly sustain us – inside and out.

We enter the story in a troubled court, where a traditional command and control hierarchy stifles development. As pressure mounts, talented people abandon the court to find opportunities for learning and growth in the Forest of Arden.

Here they discover the renewal provided by time in nature, philosophical inquiry, creative expression and authentic connection with others.

By the end of the story, the people are restored, productive relationships are forged, and a more enlightened and sustainable court is established.
