We’re looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team

Hours: Full-time

Location: London, Hybrid 1 day a week from home

Job purpose

You will primarily initiate, source and engage with new prospects and open business opportunities for Olivier Mythodrama across various sectors. Your role will include market analysis, lead generation, uncovering client needs, presenting the solutions and proposals to organisations globally, negotiating and closing deals. You’ll need the skillset to ascertain the client’s needs and support them in designing and mapping their learning and development journeys.

In this role, you will have a business development focus in the UK and Europe across different industries and focus efforts on small to medium contracts.

The ideal person for this role will be a well-presented team player with the desire to grow and continuously develop. You will collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals. This will include solution provision within executive & leadership development across the product suite. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

You will report to and support the CEO with larger contract development and strategic direction to further build Olivier Mythodrama’s impressive portfolio.

Key competencies

Experience in selling to learning and development stakeholders within medium to large organisations and ideally have extensive knowledge on industry trends and products.

Main responsibilities

  • To win new customers and develop new business with existing clients
  • Understand our customers from a business point of view and develop a tailor-made offer based on this
  • Collaborate with our Hub and Delivery Teams (Operations, Marketing and Delivery) and lead the task force for developing and implementing account strategies
  • Support in the design and lead the sales campaigns
  • Sourcing and preparation of tenders and the handling of invitations to tender
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments
  • Create monthly sales forecasts
  • Develop strategies to reach sales goals
  • Present monthly sales reports to CEO
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements
  • Self-generate new leads from a combination of networking and referrals

Other duties

  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the staff and delivery community
  • Foster a positive work environment with a good team spirit, including the wider support teams with client experience at the forefront of all efforts
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training and as instructed by the CEO


  • 5 – 10 years relevant professional experience and expertise in selling executive education
  • Good networks in the UK/European markets in executive education
  • High motivation to develop existing customers and capture new business
  • Stress-resistant, flexible, and willing to make things happen
  • Self-driven, able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Fluent English language skills, additional languages a benefit but not essential: Spanish, French or German

  • Sound relationship, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage own workload, flexible response to changing demands and priorities and ability to cope under pressure
  • End to end project management experience
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with colleagues across teams and sites
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and adapt quickly (and positively) to changing demands and priorities
  • Excellent IT skills including CRM use, Excel and Word
  • Ability to use your own initiative and be part of a team
  • Be a proactive communicator and manage expectations
  • Have a positive and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn, improve and be better
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

What we offer

£40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
