“I love the magic moment of expansion and settling, when someone gets in touch with a part of themselves that has been hiding.”

About Caroline

At the heart of Caroline's work is a belief that leadership begins with the stories we tell ourselves, and the ones waiting to be discovered. With a background in theatre and voice work, she is fascinated by the stories we inhabit, the voices we silence, and the hidden patterns that shape how we lead and relate. Drawing on breath and voice work, story, systemic constellations and actor training, Caroline creates spaces where people can encounter aspects of themselves that often remain unseen. Known for her warmth, intuition, sense of fun and perceptive challenge, Caroline helps people listen more deeply – to themselves, to others, and to the wider systems of which they are a part.

Caroline says:

“I feel proud every time I get to channel the wonderful stories we work with, and when the souls of the people in the room meet the mythic wisdom in the story. For bigger groups, this leads to transformations on an organisational level, such as the shift to a more empowered, trusting, collaborative culture, like when we transformed a team in a supply chain in a pharm organisation. And then, on a more personal level, I feel passionate about the many still, small moments of profound personal shift, as a result of individual coaching sessions.”

What does Caroline especially bring to her work?

  • Cultivating presence, authenticity, and influence

  • Finding and embodying a voice that inspires trust and engagement

  • Holding reflective coaching sessions that uncover new possibilities

  • Helping leaders navigate uncertainty, conflict, and change with courage

  • Working with the dynamics beneath the surface of teams and organisations
