Our Casa Olivier Deep Dive Retreats offer an opportunity to pause, reflect and undertake the inner work that sustainable leadership requires.

Set in the peace and beauty of the Alpujarra Mountains of southern Spain, Casa Olivier provides a small, intimate environment where experienced leaders can step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.

These are not conventional leadership programmes. They are immersive, initiatory retreats designed for people who recognise that the quality of their leadership can never exceed the quality of their own self-awareness.

Working in groups of no more than twelve participants, we combine storytelling, archetypal psychology, adult development, systemic constellations, reflective dialogue, nature-based practice and experiential learning to explore the deeper patterns that shape how we lead ourselves, our organisations and our lives.

Every participant is invited into a personal journey of inquiry. Rather than offering quick answers or leadership techniques, we create the conditions for deeper insight, greater freedom and more authentic choice.

Whether you are navigating a significant leadership transition, seeking renewed purpose, or simply sensing that your current way of leading no longer feels sufficient for the challenges ahead, these retreats offer both challenge and renewal.

Drawing on Shakespeare's portrayal of Malcolm in Macbeth, we explore a profound journey of leadership development. Through story, archetypal inquiry, systemic constellations and reflective practice, participants examine ambition, shadow, courage and stewardship, discovering a more grounded and deeply human way of leading.

Our archetypes do not stand still. This retreat explores the meeting point between Archetypes at Work™ and adult development, asking how our archetypal patterns evolve as consciousness matures.

Developed in collaboration with Karen Ellis, participants explore how greater complexity, flexibility and wisdom emerge through archetypal maturity using profiling, experiential inquiry, systemic constellations and reflective dialogue.
