About Edward
Edward has spent more than 20 years helping leaders and teams improve their ability to connect and increase their impact and leadership. His deep business experience, empathy and curiosity help clients think differently, accelerate growth and align around new initiatives. His approach has been described as spacious and playful. Edward also specialises in promoting collaboration between competing interest groups, both internally and externally.
Drawing on his previous experience as Director at an international consulting firm, Edward has partnered with organisations across the globe to deliver training, coaching and facilitation. He draws on his acting background, psychology training and commercial acumen to help individuals and teams find their “sweet spot” – especially when they are shaping a better future together.
As an actor, Edward has had the privilege of playing some of the characters OMA uses in their stories, and he uses that experience to bring a depth and insight to the programmes he delivers.
