For more than thirty years, Richard Olivier has explored what myth, story and archetypal psychology can teach us about leadership. Alongside my corporate work, I host Deep Dive Leadership Labs at Casa Olivier, an eco-retreat centre in Spain’s Alpujarra Mountains, where leaders, coaches and practitioners explore leadership, shadow, initiation and human development in service of a more conscious future. My current focus is helping leaders and organisations evolve the awareness, imagination and resilience needed to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.”
