As the Programme & Admin Assistant, Lacey works closely with Senior Account Manager and Senior Client Relations Manager assisting with all logistics for each session. Being the first point of contact, she liaises with clients and helps them with any queries and questions they may have.
Lacey used to be in the hair & beauty industry for 8 years and before that worked in a busy GP reception so has great customer service skills.
