The problem

Our client, an international management consultancy, had a group of high-potential mid-level managers who were on a promotion pathway but lacked the necessary leadership skills to enable them to advance furtherLocated across the globe, most of these managers had never met in person before. Our client needed them to unite behind shared values, bring them together as a group, and empower them to shape the organisation’s future with purpose. Our key objective was to cultivate authentic, vulnerable leaders and provide them with the necessary skills to enable them to become future fit.  

The solution

Our client already had a Global Training Programme in place, so to maintain organisational consistency, we partnered with their existing programme. Working closely with the client’s Talent Development Team, we designed a tailored programme aligned with their organisational needs and objectives using our classic Henry V programme as a framework. This customised programme focused on purpose, authenticity and vision, utilising a mix of storytelling, experiential learning, archetypal psychology and small group coaching to directly address their specific needs. Ten members of our team delivered this two-day session at one of the client’s European centres. 

The result

While the delegates loved the programme, scoring it 94% overall, the most crucial part for us was delivering something truly transformational for the organisation. Within six months of finishing the programme, all the managers had been promoted and still utilised the methods taught during the session.
